EPS packaging

At first glance, packaging door hinges may not seem like an especially difficult assignment given how robust they are. In actual fact, in this case we had plenty of tasks to accomplish. Passing the vibration test, not scratching the coating on the hinges during transport, and developing a packaging system which during handling across multiple stations and locations not only facilitates easy packing but also provides consistent protection. You can see the EPS result here – manufactured and supplied by Flatz, then packed by the customer and finally completed with the associated cabinet. We call this systematic packaging.
