Fiber mouldings made from paper are an environmentally friendly alternative to plastic packaging and EPS / EPP mouldings.

As one of the leading manufacturers of packaging solutions, Flatz is able to use the die-cuts from its own cardboard and corrugated cardboard production as the basis for moulded fiber castings. This gives us 87% recycled materials and only 13% primary plant fibers as renewable raw material for our moulded pulp packaging. That is sustainability in action!

Moulded pulp products can be used for food packaging as well as for product packaging or as edge protection & impact protection for furniture, pallets and sensitive electronics.

Our wet pressing technology for pulp moulding allows us to develop customised packaging & products for various industries. We can also finish surfaces for a smoother feel, pressed-in logos or custom coloring on request.
